"I can honestly say the service i have received from Bubble Customised Clothing has been fantastic. Big shout out to Tash for her communication from start to Finish"
Our approach is to create an item of Customised Clothing your staff and customers will want to wear again and again. We use great quality garments and work with you to create something that doesn't just promote your brand, company or organisation; but an item of clothing that lasts the test of time in terms of style and quality. We have departments specialising in vinyl transfers, full colour digital transfers, screen printing AND embroidery. Furthermore we have, not one, but two manufacturing bases, in both Eastern Europe and China, with the capacity to produce fully bespoke uniforms, sportswear, team wear and fashion. As a result whatever your clothing requirement we can provide a first class service with exceptional turnaround.
Our client base varies, from one man band builders & decorators; to multi-million pound corporations. But we endeavour to ensure everyone receives the same level of service; whether you order one embroidered hoodie or 10,000 screen printed t-shirts. Long and short of it is whatever your requirements for Customised Clothing, we'll be able to help. So, maybe those bright pink overalls for health & safety boss Barry aren't just a pipe dream after all!
To ensure all the embroideries we produce are of the best quality, we use Madeira Polyneon thread wherever possible. This durable, robust thread produces embroidered badges and crests of the highest standard and we pride ourselves on the standard of our work. We can embroider onto a wide range of garments, including t-shirts, polo shirts, jumpers, hoody, fleeces, jackets, bags, towels, caps, hats, flame retardant clothing, motorsport uniforms, horse blankets, sportswear and much, much more.
We also specialise in 3D (also know as puff) embroidery. We can literally make your logo stand out, by using a puff backing during the embroidery process to give your logo or crest a 3D effect. This works great on caps and bags. For more advise or information on any of our embroidery services contact us today.
With one of the largest setups in all of Europe we use four, 12 colour 12 station screen printing carousels. This automatic process is excellent for customers with high volume requirements, and enables us to provide exceptionally efficient turnarounds.
We generally use the screen printing process for clients with large orders, primarily on items such as t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, tote bags etc. For more difficult items such as umbrellas or small satchels we are able to still screen print; but this would be done by hand by one of our vastly experienced team.
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. It’s a little bit like how we print onto paper and how most people think t-shirts are printed. However it is a relatively new and exciting process for the industry.
All inks are water-based, contain no animal products, and are certified as safe for children and infants. We use the only DTG machines with hexachrome printing. This results in bright reds, greens, purples and pinks, colours impossible to produce with other DTG machines.
Heat Transfer Vinyl, or HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl that can be used on certain fabrics/materials to create designs and promotional products. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application. One of the most popular and traditional methods of t-shirt printing.
